Workouts are challenging and I love them! I have a love/hate relationship with pyramids and pull offs. I like having the monthly check ins to see where I am at with weight/body fat and what I've been eating. Trent is invested in my goals and keeps me motivated!!

I have been working out with Tom for about 6 years. I decided I wanted to try something knew and start boxing (but not get in a ring!) I get the best workouts with Tom. He keeps the workouts tough, but fun. We switch it up- in between rounds we do cardio, abs, legs, arms, ect. Never be same workout!! When I started I didn't even know how to punch, now I can do 3 minute rounds. My mother also has worked out with him and had great results. Tom personalized each session, I HIGHLY recommend him!

I have been working with Mel for a little over three months, this woman is fabulous! I am a former two sport college athlete who got off track after being on the depo shot for about a year and a half. I had gained 30lbs and was having very little success getting back in shape. I found Mel through thumbtack and am so happy I reached out her to. She knew exactly what I was going through and exactly what to do you get me back in shape. She does an awesome job tailoring the workouts to your needs and experience level, and not to mention she is a phenomenal motivator. Dr. Thorpe met me at my home to go over how he matches clients to trainers. I then scheduled with my trainer and have met with her twice so far. She's fantastic! I was given a yoga stability ball and the rest of the equipment I have at home (elliptical, free weights, a bench) and Ellen (my trainer) creates daily plans for me to do with them. She emails me any notes and whatnot and I'm thrilled!

One day I walked into NSCF with absolutely no idea what to expect. I had never done crossfit before but am heavily into fitness and was looking for the perfect fit. Mark, a NSCF coach, was there and instantly had me hooked on not only the idea of crossfit, but the entire atmosphere and DNA of the Treehouse. I loved how passionate he was and all the knowledge he was able to share with me in my hour trial. I signed up for sessions that day with Mark and had the most educational, fun, challenging experience I've had in a gym! He was always there and still is to help guide me in the right direction. Because of Mark and the treehouse, I'm the strongest I have ever been and have never felt so confident in my fitness journey and life goals!

Kevin is a excellent trainer for several reasons: 1) He works with your goals to customize workouts; he would be great for Spartan training, sports training, and anyone looking for a disgusting amount of endurance. 2) the workouts are rarely the same twice, it's never boring. 3)if you want it, he will get you there. 6 weeks ago, I was 252 lbs, (6'2). I could only bench 65lbs, had no endurance, and had no energy. As of yesterday, I was doing sets at 115lbs, and am down to 242 lbs, have stopped needing coffee in the morning to wake up, am happier, and have lost nearly 10" off my waist, legs, belly, and arms. I'm going to be working with him for a year, will update to let you know where I am at.

I highly recommend Victoria, not only as a personal trainer but also as a health coach. She was able to help me build strength, increase my flexibily, and introduce me to yoga and the amazing benefits it creates for my body. Every workout we did together was different and exciting. She incorporates boxing, sprinting, and plyometrics. I am a physical therapist and looking for motivation- I got that and MORE from Victoria. Not to mention, her personality is amazing! She is very supportive and positive but she will also push you as hard as you want to be pushed! Love her!

Indivudualized extreme training!!! That is the only way to describe the unique style of boston trainers!!! Although I am a soccer player I was never one who likes to workout. I hated running, hated the treadmill, hated the bike, and hated the elypitical. And once I hit my 30's my lack of fitness began to catch up on me and I became very overweight. Something needed to change and no matter what I was unable to lose weight. Filled with doubt I contacted boston trainers and within a week I was amazed with the results! Not my physical appearance but how I felt about myself! I was energized, confident, determined, focused, and overall happier. This was the start of my fit for life journey. Boston trainers knew what I enjoyed and implemented it into a hard core workout. To me I wasn't doing interval training I was doing what I love, playing soccer!! Simply putting a soccer ball into the mix of an intense obstacle coarse of interval training and plyometrics I lost 40lbs in 4 months! I couldn't believe it! And now a year later I have maintained my weight loss!
