I hired 4 points to remove 15 windows that were removed during a renovation . the two men that arrived right on time got to work immediately and cleared not just the windows but some other debris that was on my property . i had agreed on a set price and they filled up there dump truck in short order. great job guys thanks. YIF Management is first class when it comes to property management. I have been renting in Boston since 2003 and have never had such a positive experience as a tenant since becoming a tenant of YIF Management. I moved into one of their properties in 2009 and have lived in 3 different units they manage since then and will be renewing my current lease. Everyone on their team is amazing from the maintenance staff, leasing staff to the hands on owner and property manager. Any maintenance issues are addressed right away with such professionalism and friendliness. I never hesitate to make a call to them and know they will be there to address the issue. I recommend them so highly that have had other friends move into their properties and all have thanked me for bringing them to a property management company that truly cares about their properties and tenants. Julie was referred to me, and did not disappoint. With a new job lined up in a new state, shopping for homes out-of-state can be a bit of a challenge. I had one flight to Boston set up mid-week, and seven or so properties lined up for my visit. All properties went under contract prior to my visit, yet Julie still managed to find three new properties the day before. She listened very well to what I was looking for, and even took me out of my "comfort towns" to see a property she thought was a great fit - and indeed it was. I absolutely fell in love with the second condo we saw, as well as the town that I previously disregarded as an option. As stated, I was out-of-state for the numerous steps that follow an offer. On top of that, the seller was a real piece of work throughout the entirety of this process, adding stress every chance possible. Julie went above and beyond to ensure everything went as planned, was attentive to all my emails, and even attended required inspections, etc on my behalf. Julie has a wonderful personality, and I could not be more thankful for her help in buying my first home! Highly recommend!
