- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are product based, i.e. single family, condominium vs. a 2 -4 family dwelling and further dependent on the need for an appraisal which will determine how it's presented and the level of field work required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally to have a conversation to determine the foundation for the request and to properly advise on how to or if they should proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Appraising since 1986. Certified licensed and oversee a company that covers a large market region with perhaps more experience than any appraiser & appraisal firm in the Northeast. Continuing education instructor for the Greater Boston Real Estate Board & private real estate firms. Guest speaker and panelist on numerous occasions with the purpose of educating the real estate community on the restrictions and guidelines that apply to real estate valuation.
