You will strap on some boxing gloves and hit the heavy bag for a unique fitness experience! I've had several personal trainers before, but Thomas is definitely the best trainer I've had thus far. Other trainers tend to only look at a more short term aspect where they only focus on the hour you pay them for and only give you a set regimen to work out on. Thomas on the other hand looks at your long term goals and provides you with feedback on both fitness and nutrition. He also takes the time to get to know you as a person so that he can focus on your individual needs.
