Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Workouts created by Shelley feature dynamic movement based in Martial Arts, Yoga and Alternative Healing Disciplines. Shelley has worked with professional MMA fighters to assist them in recovery from injuries (knees & shoulders) and the demands of their fight training camps utilizing Thai massage and Reiki. Her Evolve Bootcamp is unlike other bootcamps in the area......class size tends to be a bit smaller inorder to give more individual attention and we use toys, including: medicine balls, small weights, kettle bells, resistance bands, jump ropes, agility ladders and an undulating rope. A few classes per month will introduce Muay Thai kickboxing training and various styles of Yoga, balancing bootcampers yin and yang constitutions. There is a lot of variety in these classes...it's not all just squats, lunges, sprints and bicep curls! This type of training carries over into her private training giving clients fitness fun along with functional training. She loves to encourage individuals to move beyond their comfort zone mentally, physically and even spiritually! It cracks her up when a student says over and over again “I can’t do it” then suddenly they find they just did it,...and then use that experience as a metaphor for whatever unexpected daily life tasks that arise! Seeing that shift in a person from "I can't" to...'OMG I just did it!!' has been a sure fire way to feel fulfilled in my work!

I participated with Evolve Bootcamp for about 3 months until my school schedule unfortunately made it impossible for me to continue. Shelley is a fantastic trainer and motivator, and her classes are always super challenging and super fun! Every session is different, so you never get bored, and Shelley does a great job accommodating varied ability levels. You'll do obstacle courses, partner drills, boxing lessons, slow burn yoga on the river, intense cardio workouts - everything! I was even able to return to bootcamp a few weeks after a major ankle injury and Shelley helped me get the most out of the workouts while avoiding further injury. It can be hard to drag yourself out of bed for those first few early classes, but its undeniably worth it, and you feel great for the rest of the day. If you're looking for a fun, healthy, challenging way to improve your fitness level, I highly recommend Evolve Bootcamp!

When was the last time as an adult have you run as fast as you could (without anyone chase you) or did a round of leapfrog or played dodge ball or threw a tire around? I am assuming that unless you have been to bootcamp the answer is "never" -- but being at Evolve is like being back in gym class, but way more fun! Shelley is a ball of energy and is so supportive and also tough as nails! No two workouts are the same and she always keeps you guessing as to what is going to be next.....which is part of the fun. I absolutely love working out with Shelley and the rest of the folks in my group -- trust me the workout is hard and high energy but they are so much fun! I have never ever been bored in class and no two sessions have been the same. I love being outdoors, meeting new people and oh yeah....looking and feeling great is a huge bonus as well! Who knew working out could be this much fun :)

I tried Evolve Bootcamp last January and managed to get up and out of bed in the freezing cold for about three out of the four weeks of the bootcamp. Once it started snowing DURING the workouts, I had to call it quits. I hate the snow but loved Evolve Bootcamp. I would definitely do it again anytime other than winter. If you don't mind the cold, though, it's extremely fun and a great workout every time!

Great bootcamp experience. This is the first time I ever did a bootcamp and I am not in shape. We worked out at the Jamaica Pond site, work outs were intense but supportive and every exercise could be modified to your ability. Shelly is fabulous and I would highly recommend this bootcamp regardless of your fitness level--just bring a good attitude and willingness to follow through A+++

The workouts are dynamic and fun! There is always something new to look forward to each morning and different ways to challenge your body. Shelley is a wonderful leader and makes you feel welcome from the first morning. If you are considering signing up for boot camp...do it! Be careful...it's addicting!!!
