Kyie has been my trainer for over a year now. I had my daughter 5 years ago and I had always worked out prior to that. After having her, it was so hard to stay motivated and make time to go to the gym. A friend of mine told me he was training with Kyie so I got Kyie’s information. I started a few weeks later. There have been times when I wanted to quit, but Kyie has always been there motivating me even when I didn’t believe in myself. If you want a trainer to keep you motivated and to make you believe in yourself, Kyie does that and more. He’s always there with nutritional information too! I’m getting my body back and I know without his support, nothing would have changed for me. Kyie, if you see this, your the man! Thanks for everything!!
I have never been a gym person, in fact before reaching out to Tammy I have never even used a piece of gym equipment before! After becoming very ill in 2015 with an autoimmune disease (likely Multiple Sclerosis but no formal diagnosis yet) I made the choice to get in shape and change my diet. Tammy has been amazing since day one. She is down to earth yet exudes positive energy and is very supportive. She listened to what happened to me and worked with me carefully to ensure I did not injure myself. I have been working out for 5 months now and am in the best shape of my life despite having gone through a major illness that left me physically debilitated for months. Tammy is not only a great person and coach, she is also very good at what she does. She is extremely perceptive and always seems attuned to knowing when she can push me (and she does!) and when I need a breather or break. I think this makes her exceptional at what she does, and it's so clear she loves what she's doing too. I actually enjoy going to the gym now and finally committed to a membership and go regularly in addition to personal training with Tammy. She is great - you shouldn't waste your time with any other trainers!
Antrofit is hands down the best training company you will find. Johnny Loretti is an absolute beast in every sense of the word. His knowledge, experience and excitement for his job were all things that helped take my body to the next level. From his meal plans to training routines, he transformed my body into exactly what I was looking for (in a fraction of the time I thought it would take). He is there at a drop of a hat to answer all of my questions and always makes sure I'm feeling my best. I highly recommend using Anthrofit and Johnny - I promise you will thank yourself.

Trent is the best trainer :) I lost 16 lb in two months, I feel much stronger, sleep much better. my endurance has greatly improved threw the course of training. The training are very hard, but worth it.
I started training with Will in the first week of January . Not just as a New Years resution but more like a lifestyle change. I explained my weakness to him about sticking to a plan and committing to working out alone. So we started of right away with training 2/3 times a week and a complete nutritional change. I must admit I was skeptical but more because I never had been able to stick it out for longer than 2 weeks. I Lost 13 lbs in the first 3 weeks. I gained so much energy and drive to stay healthy and focused. Thanx to Will who makes it fun and torture at the same time to work out. He is def strickt and keeps pushing you to the end and 2 more . I wouldn't be able to stay focused unless I get pushed like that. Anybody who wants to train hard and take this serious Will is your guy. I just signed up for the second term. I highly recommend Will .
Mica is definitely your PERSONAL trainer! She really know what she is doing and my abs are finally starting to show! I'm so happy that I chose her as her prices really aren't that bad (I've had some expensive and BORING trainers). I feel as if motivation is one of the most important aspects when it comes to changing your body because it really is a difficult process. Mica makes it easy! Her approach to training is one of the best I've experienced thus far. Definitely sticking with her!

I worked with Ryan for two months, during which time he helped me transform from 'skinny fat' to fit! I'm now 32, and I have not felt this good in a bathing suit since high school. Through coaching me on healthy eating and a combination of weight training and cardio, Ryan finally helped me gain strength and lose the bulk or my back and stomach fat (other areas too, but those were my biggest problem areas), which had been slowing increasing for years. I also benefitted immensely from Ryan's PT background in ways I didn't even anticipate. Working with someone who truly understands the body's mechanisms made a tremendous difference for me, as Ryan was able to help me safely work around an injury I sustained unrelated to training, and get me back to 100%. I would definitely still be contending with this injury were it not for Ryan's guidance and expertise. I started with Ryan admittedly just wanting to look better, and came away not only having accomplished that, but feeling a million times better as well. Most importantly, Ryan is committed to my success not only while training with him, but for the long term. My only regret is not doing this sooner. Janey is amazing. His enthusiasm, professionalism and fun attitude completely changed my perspective on personal training. For less than two months, I have developed so much confidence on weight training/ interval training and really started to see results of my training. My legs have gotten much stronger and I have lost two pounds of fat in exchange for muscles. Most importantly, I have developed a habit of going to the gym even outside our personal training sessions. Jim helped me feel confidant and healthy for my summer wedding! I am an exercise obsessed 27 year old. When I came to Jim I was bored of my routine and looking for an extra push to feel my best for my upcoming wedding. Jim taught me a new skill set using weights and interval cardio training. For years I was only focused on cardio, never aware of the toning and strength that weight training provides. Jim was an excellent teacher, he was flexible, knowledgable and prepared. Working out with Micah and next level fitness has been the best workout program I have ever been on. Within the semi personal training Micah works with each person to help them achieve their goals of weight loss and/or toning. The sessions are tough but fun and micah is always there to support you and help you achieve the best results possible. I have never felt better in such a short period of time.

After working out with dozens of trainers in the past, I've been so happy training with Vahid for over two years. I struggle with motivation to get to the gym and Vahid encourages me to keep going by keeping my workouts challenging and fun. He has helped me achieve specific goals of gaining lean muscle mass, preparing for ski season and always focuses on correct form to prevent injuries. The best part of all is that Vahid is so easy to get along with and truly cares about his clients. I would definitely recommend Vahid for anyone looking for get into (or stay in) shape!
I’ve worked with Danielle and found her very knowledgeable and caring. We concentrated on balance and flexibility and targeting specific muscle groups. Her workouts are fun and challenging but always different which made training something to look forward to instead of a chore.
I have been working out with Tom for about 6 years. I decided I wanted to try something knew and start boxing (but not get in a ring!) I get the best workouts with Tom. He keeps the workouts tough, but fun. We switch it up- in between rounds we do cardio, abs, legs, arms, ect. Never be same workout!! When I started I didn't even know how to punch, now I can do 3 minute rounds. My mother also has worked out with him and had great results. Tom personalized each session, I HIGHLY recommend him!
Emily is one of the best trainers out there! She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. When I first found her, she had me set long term and short term fitness/health goals and made sure I did not slack on them. She held me accountable and doesn't put up with any excuses, (which is something you want in a trainer, trust me!) I was originally 150 pounds and my goal weight was 135, I can officially say that I have not only reached my goal but ALSO maintained the weight. Emily knows her stuff, she is very educated about the human body and personal training. She also has her yoga certification, which also helped during training because she helped improve my flexibility. If anyone is looking for a personal trainer/yoga instructor, this is the gal to go to. She is also quick to respond and is punctual. I would definitely 100% recommend her to anyone, she is FABULOUS. :)
I signed up for 3 months of training with Chad in April with the hope to lose weight, build strength and not cringe at the thought of exercising after work. I was a little hesitant to commit to two training sessions a week since it had been almost 2 years since I had exercised on a regular basis (since my son was born) but Chad was patient and explained each move and the proper form in an understandable way for me. I was nervous of what my capabilities would be after being out of the game for so long. The feeling of intimidation subsided within the first few minutes of my first workout with Chad due to his personable and friendly way. That first work out was a killer at the time and 15 minutes in I was sweating hard but I loved it and couldn't wait to come back for more! Each session is different and Chad is an excellent trainer who puts a lot of thought and effort into the workouts he plans for me. In 3 months have I gained so much physical strength and I also have noticed positive changes in my energy level, mindset, sleeping habits and food choices. I dont dread going to the gym after work anymore. His passion for fitness and his desire to help people is what made me renew for another 3 months of training and I am excited to see more results in my weight loss and physical strength journey.
