We hired Douglass and Debra for our parents 50th wedding anniversary party on October 25th 2014. They exceeded our expectations in every way and we would certainly hire them again. My parents are food snobs and very particular about having great food and they were more than pleased with the selections. We had a 4 course tasting menu with wine pairings and we made our own dessert. Extremely professional from beginning to end and they gave our family memories of a lifetime.

Douglass prepared a fantastic evening for a good friends bachelorette party. He was professional start to finish and worked closely with me to make sure we planned the most fantastic menu for the group of people that would be enjoying it. He took into account every like and dislike and even made every adjustment to accommodate a food allergy. Everyone at the party was beyond impressed and very full!! It truly was a spectacular experience.
