Anna has been such an important part of bettering my lifestyle over the past year. She is patient and adaptable and very easy to be around in general. She plans workouts that cater to my ability. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The pricing for my services boils down to this: the more often you train, the less each session costs. Clients can opt to pay for packages or for a monthly program (with a 6 month commitment). Purchasing a package requires the entire sum at one time. Purchasing the monthly program allows the client to pay at the beginning of each month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As a NASM certified personal trainer, we are required earn a certain number of continuing education credits every two years. I seek out certifications that interest me and will also benefit the majority of my clients. I also enjoy exploring fitness classes in the area to give me new ideas and inspiration.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?I would say to look for a personal trainer that you have personal chemistry with. Training is very hard work, and if you start out with a trainer who's personality grates on your nerves, it's only going to be that much harder and unpleasant. I always offer a complimentary session to a client that I am meeting for the first time, so that we can feel each other out and be positive that we will enjoy working together.
