    Anna has been such an important part of bettering my lifestyle over the past year. She is patient and adaptable and very easy to be around in general. She plans workouts that cater to my ability. Possibly the best part is the easy encouragement she provides without the pressure. Food management and tracking is a big part of her process and man does it help. Most personal trainers are completely fitness based. All of their knowledge comes from various personal training certifications. However, I have a much more in depth knowledge of movement because of my dance background. Not only do I understand what it takes to be fit, strong, flexible, and lean, but I understand the proper alignment and how to keep you injury free. My eyes are trained to spot imperfections, and correcting those imperfections are an important part of shaping your ideal body. I enjoy pushing people to achieve things that they didn't think were possible. It could be as small as a 12 inch box jump or as big as losing 40 lbs. As humans, it is in our nature to underestimate what we can achieve because it helps to stay within our comfort zone. I love being the outside observer that says, "No, you're wrong, you CAN do this, and you will." 99% of the time, I'm right.

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      The pricing for my services boils down to this: the more often you train, the less each session costs. Clients can opt to pay for packages or for a monthly program (with a 3 month commitment). Purchasing a package requires the entire sum at one time. Purchasing the monthly program allows the client to pay at the beginning of each month. Packages: 1 session - $110 10 sessions - $1050 ($105/session) 20 sessions - $2000 ($100/session) 40 sessions - $3800 ($95/session) Monthly Program - requires at least 6 month commitment 4 sessions per month - $99/session 8 sessions per month - $95/session 12 sessions per month - $89/session
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      As a NASM certified personal trainer, we are required earn a certain number of continuing education credits every two years. I seek out certifications that interest me and will also benefit the majority of my clients. I also enjoy exploring fitness classes in the area to give me new ideas and inspiration.
    • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      I would say to look for a personal trainer that you have personal chemistry with. Training is very hard work, and if you start out with a trainer who's personality grates on your nerves, it's only going to be that much harder and unpleasant. I always offer a complimentary session to a client that I am meeting for the first time, so that we can feel each other out and be positive that we will enjoy working together.
