- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and has it's own unique characteristics and challenges. We price jobs based on the scope of work, projected time to completion, materials and tools needed, and location. We do such a wide variety of work it's really impossible to. If I'm wall mounting a TV in Boston, the pricing is much different than tiling a bathroom in Dedham.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will talk with the customer initially and find out what type(s) of work they need done, when they need it done, and what they envision. Then I schedule a time that works for us both for me to come out, look at the job and give the customer an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've learned from 30 years of experience building, fixing and repairing every type of building, piece, part and fixture one can have. We do everything from carpentry to hanging pictures. We looking to help make people happy/HAPPIER with their homes!
