Introduction: Since graduating in 2006 from The Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, I have accumulated extensive experience within a variety of therapeutic approaches including deep-tissue, myo-fascial release, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, and neuro kinetic therapy. I synergize this experience into a personal, intuitive approach designed to raise your self-awareness. I believe that people are their own best healers and it is my job to help facilitate that process. My treatment interventions are based on observations of posture, joint mechanics, breathing, and eye movement along with analysis of the clients’ history, habits, and functionality,

Massage Therapy

Exceptionally helpful and targeted massage therapy! I’ve been treated by massage therapists on a regular basis and in many locations, for a variety of long-standing issues from previous injuries, and Pablo’s extensive knowledge and massage technique discovered new places to work that resulted in less ongoing tension and much improvement- even after just a few sessions. It’s usually true in life that you get what you pay for, and Pablo’s knowledge and expertise are well worth his rate.

Massage Therapy

Pablo is like ‘no other’. We’ve had many past massages but none can compare to his. Not only did he address issues with massage, he took time to demonstrate techniques that would help lead a quality life

Massage Therapy

I had a great massage with Pablo. In making the appt. he was very responsive and he he arrived on time, all very smooth. I had a great massage and felt comfortable with his Covid precautions(took both our temps) before starting. He was able to work on my problem areas and it was a relaxing experience during these stressful times!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I only travel to the comfort of your home or the convenience of your work place. Flat fee of $150 per 60 minute session and $225 per 90 minute session within 25 miles of Boston. Additional travel fee charged outside this radius.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Prior to the scheduled appointment time: - Clients are screened in accordance with CDC safety guidelines to help minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19. During the session: - We start with a temperature reading taken with a touchless thermometer when greeting you in person. I will be wearing a face mask covering my nose and mouth and require that you do as well. - I conduct a screening that includes your medical/injury history, breathing and movement assessment, and observe body language cues to proceed with a treatment plan that best fits your healing goals and needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated in 2006 from The Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge. Since then I have expanded my experience with additional courses in myo-fascial release, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, and neuro kinetic therapy. I am also a certified Animal Flow instructor and I often integrate this body movement practice into my sessions.
