FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first hour-long visit is for me to get to know all about you and your personal healthy journey. I will be asking about your food preferences, health history, medication and supplement use, exercise, your daily schedule, what youve tried in the past and what you want to try now. This information is vital to personalizing my health approach to your needs. At the end, we will together establish short-term goals to reach your long-term health objectives. Lasting health changes take time and effort to establish so do not expect a complete health overhaul after only one visit. Follow-up visits are intended to keep you accountable, on track and motivate continued change. We will figure out what has been working, what hasnt been working, what you want to work on, introduce new information and track your success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 degrees in nutrition science from Boston University, trained in a clinical setting for 1 year and passed a national exam to become a registered dietitian. I work with a varied population in multiple settings.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work extensively to help clients loss weight and find motivation for lasting change. I also specialize in gastrointestional issues/diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and food allergies/intolerances.
