Chef Casey cooked a delicious brunch at our home for my son's Baptism. Everything was great from the initial communication, to the menu creation and the actual food. To name a few of the dishes, the home made Chocolate Croissants and Blueberry Zucchini bread were delicious. The Brioche Mascarpone Stuffed French Toast and Chive & King Crab Scrambled eggs were excellent as well. Thanks Chef, I look forward to working with you on future events.

    Gerry's work is beyond perfection topped with personality! Gerry baked a cake for my father's birthday, and it must have been the absolute BEST carrot cake I had ever had. I will now and for as long as I can, get all of my baked good and cakes from Gerry. The skill and dedication that he has is top notch and cannot be beat!

    I don't know where to start with how incredible she made a surprise birthday dinner (in a mondterous snowstorm) so perfect! From the moment we started communicating I loved her personality and her attention to detail. She is beyond passionate about her creations in the kitchen, truly professional and genuinely a warm caring person. She made what I envisioned for my boyfriend's surprise birthday dinner (in our home) come to life without her I wouldn't have been able to pull it off! I loved that she took into consideration my budget ( she didn't just haphazardly throw numbers out at me) and she even offered suggestions in areas she thought I might need or like such as having someone serve us or trying to get me live entertainment to make the night even more memorable. It had been snowing all day in Rhode Island the night of my event and she didn't let that stop her! (Even though I would've understood if she needed to cancel due to the circumstances beyond our control) I can't wait to work with her again.. And you shouldn't think twice about booking her for your event! Amazzzzzzzzing chef that presents unique and delicious food. Ohhhhh & on a side note for anybody else who is OCD like me, not ONE dish was left in my sink and when I opened it my dishwasher in the morning I was completely surprised that not one plate or spoon was in there either! Spotless! Thanks Elle for you help & a fabulous night.

    Chef PJ's culinary skills and professionalism were so greatly appreciated by all during my husband's 50th birthday celebration. He was able to not only prepare a delicious meal the night of the festivities, but provided a beautiful brunch buffet the following morning for our out of town guests. All food was empecably prepared and packed for travel with care and cooking instructions. Not only were our guests impressed....our bellies were thrilled.
