During the most difficult year of my life one of the best things happened to me - I found Ross as a personal trainer. When I started working with Ross I didnt believe in myself or in the ability to change my life. From day 1 Ross invested in me, believed in me and cared enough to develop my workouts. I had trained with others in the past and this made me appreciate the difference you feel when you are working with a true professional who is dedicated to his job 24/7. Before I started training with Ross I had an injury and he monitored that making sure I could work out appropriately until it fully healed. He watches form and technique to ensure you dont get injured and that you maximize gains and changes your training at each session so nothing becomes too routine or boring. Each session goes by so quickly and if you arrived at the gym in a bad mood or having a tough day you will definitely leave in great form and with more confidence. Im not sure how he turns my day around in 45 mins but he definitely does! Ross goes above and beyond to facilitate workouts. He is flexible with times and is really and truly invested in his clients. I have always felt like he works towards my goals at a pace that works for me so I am challenged but never over-worked or overwhelmed. He is a really low-key, likable, under-stated person who takes on board goals, gives lots of information and customizes workouts on the basis of things I like and dislike. When I started working with Ross I was in pretty bad shape. He has motivated me to look at my lifestyle and make changes that have resulted in weight loss, better health status and happiness and I know I am still just starting out in terms of the possibilities. Unlike many trainers, he has motivated me to stick with training and I now look forward to my workouts. So, if you have tried to stick with exercise plans without success previously you need to work out with Ross and see the difference. He is the right person to show you it can be done. If youre looking for a fun, productive workout with an enthusiastic, motivated, very patient and personable personal trainer then you really need to meet Ross.

Ryan offerred a free trial, which I think is fabulous. Not only did the trial include a 1-hour full-body workout (with his personal attention the entire time), Ryan also spent a full 2 hours discussing his workout program, nutrition, calculated % body fat and how his program would meet my fitness goals. This is way more than I expected for a free trial session! I signed up and am really looking forward to working with Ryan, who is very personable & motivating in a very encouraging way. Besides the workout, clients will email Ryan their food log & get feedback. The price cannot be beat for this type of dedicated personal trainer! I highly recommend Ryan's services.
Ashley is the gift I gave myself for my 50th birthday--and now at 55, I can't thank her enough for all she's done for me--and now also for my husband, my father-in-law, and also my neighbors! She is really the gift that keeps on giving. She is incredibly knowledgable about how to work you out without hurting any pre-existing conditions or creating new problems, and she has kept us fit despite ourselves! Along the way she throws in her extensive expertise in nutrition, but never in an intrusive way. She is thoughtful and considerate and never makes us feel bad about the way we look or our level of fitness. She comes to our home and has always been punctual, polite, and trustworthy. 5 years and counting--can't say enough good things! So much better than the gym!
This was the first time we ever had a personal chef and we can not wait to have him again! We had a lot of food restrictions and everyone loved each course. He catered to our needs and all 7 were thrilled with the experience. The only thing I regret is I never got up from my throne in the dining room to see how he prepared every dish for each of us with amazing presentation. He even gave us a quick cooking class to prepare for our brunch the following day! Highly recommend!
