Introduction: My focus is effective and transparent representation to get the best results as a team. It is my job to break down complex problems and get you back to where you belong. I bring forward experiences representing clients from across the country in federal claims as well as state based claims in Massachusetts. I truly bring a small town feel to a big city vibe. I grew up in rural Pennsylvania before coming to Massachusetts to call this place my home. You are more than able to call, email, or text me any time 7 days a week to talk about your case. I am always happy to discuss and alleviate any fears or concerns you may have along the process. Generally speaking, I assist individuals whether they are in a motor-vehicle accident, slip and fall, bike accident, work accident, or any general injury issue. Specifically, I also focus my work on representing individuals federally on defective medical devices such as hernia mesh, Essure, and hips. I encourage you to reach out to me and would welcome a discussion to see if I am able to assist you in getting you back to where you belong.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I typically work on a contingent fee agreement, meaning that you will pay no up front costs and we front the costs of building your case. If and only when you choose to accept a settlement or we successfully win at trial and recover a monetary amount do we take a percentage of the sum.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Generally speaking, I like to explain the process thoroughly for how a typical case will go given the individual’s issue. Once he or she is satisfied, we will then move forward with the vetting of the claim in order to see if we are a good fit.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have completed both my undergraduate degree back in Pennsylvania, and I obtained my law degree in Massachusetts.
