Introduction: Hello
My name is Romel Sanday, and I am the owner and Head Trainer at Canadian Park Training, a company that I founded in 2018. After working in a variety of fitness spaces for over 10 years, it became clear to me that there was a lack of truly knowledgeable trainers available to help several different populations in the same area. Populations such as women both PRE/and post-natal. As well as a safe place for children to build their bodies in a healthy and safe way. For this reason, I decided to start Canadian Park Training and bring together a group of elite personal trainers that specialize in strength training the modern individual. I recognize that most clients enjoy being active, and also have other responsibilities that demand energy of them, like being a parent, an attorney, a coach, a therapist, etc. I want to help my clients look and feel their best doing what they love.
My style of training is functional which means I focus on exercises that will make you feel stronger in your everyday movements. I recognize that not everyone has the same goal, BUT I will ensure that all my clients feel like confident athletes working with my group of elite trainers.
My team collectively has over 20 years of experience. We work with clients at any level of fitness, and have trainers that specialize in training women and children. We are based out of the Back-Bay area in Boston, and all trainers are open to traveling locally as needed. It would be my honor to partner with you.
