I know how to make people comfortable on set as I take turns being on both sides of the camera! My specialty is fashion and artistic photography but I know how to capture a great portrait or headshot. I work well outdoors in natural lighting or inside in a studio set up. I have lights and backdrops that I use out of my apartment. I'm willing to go as classic or get as creative as you'd like with your images.
I love making people feel comfortable and also making sure they are happy with the final product. I always double check along the way that my subject feels good during the shoot, and that everyone will leave feeling accomplished.

Carina has taken photos for me on two separate occasions, for my EP. As an artist it can be difficult to let someone else in, out of fear they won't understand what you're going for. There was only one part of my entire creative experience with this project where I was able to see a seamless transition from my idea to a reality, and it was seeing the photos Carina took.
Both shoots were quick, and I received final products in a timely fashion. Carina's flexibility and understanding helps bring your ideas to life, and you can trust her artful eye to make contributions of her own. She is also friendly and very pleasant to work with.
In short, anybody can look through a viewfinder and push a button, but there is a difference between sight and VISION. I cannot more highly recommend Carina Allen Photography.
