- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, we like to speak to a prospective client to understand their wants and needs of a property management company. Should we feel the relationship will work, we then schedule a walkthrough of their property and provide a formal proposal. Once the proposal is reviewed we are able to answer any questions to ensure the client has the highest level of confidence in our service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with landlords looking for upfront management of their residential or commercial investment. We fulfill all obligations of property management including- rent collection, maintenance, tenant screening, and accounting for the investment. All financials can be updated by the owner at any time in our online portal.
