FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew I wanted to do massage therapy since a very young age, I was just naturally drawn to it. I love the idea of naturally healing someone, and being a part of their treatment plan to get better. Whatever the goal is, from relieving pain from a night you slept wrong to increasing your rang of motion due to frozen shoulder, I will help you!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common massage that I do is usually a full body with extra attention to the back, shoulders and neck area. I combine the techniques I've learned into one relaxing yet effective massage. I relax your muscles using swedish techniques while also using trigger point techniques to release stubborn areas that could be referring pain else where in the body.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that clients understood that even though I may be one of the best I am not a magician. It takes time to fix problem areas, this is why making a reoccurring appointment at least once a month at a minimum is very important. Maintenance massages prevent further build up of muscle that cause knots and trigger points and even prevents injuries from occurring! Everything can not be fixed in one hour! & PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE speak up if pressure is ever too deep or too light. I promise you will not offend me if you ask for different pressure. This is your massage, it should be the way YOU want it!
