My pleasure Shane, good luck!
Justin provided me with a great review with a very fast turn around time. He edited revised and returned my resume to me and it looked perfect in less then one hour. Best part is he sent both pdf and doc files so I have both for all types of ATS's and I didn't even ask! Great service would use again!Apr 16, 2020VerifiedModern Resumes | Ex-Google Recruiter's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I try to be as fair as can be and charge mainly for my time. I am willing to give discounts to veterans, service members, and people affected by hardship. I am not looking to rip anyone off and will return portions of fees if a project takes me less time than anticipated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will usually start with what they have. Sometimes that's nothing, which means I would start by asking a lot of questions so I can get a baseline. If you are working with me, you should be prepared to be honest and open and to answer a lot of questions. It's best if I know everything so that I can help you avoid any potential red flags in your applications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been recruiting for more than 10 years and every single step along the way has involved screening and critiquing resumes. I have at times reviewed 1000 resumes a day for different roles I've held in my career. During my 8 years in agency staffing before moving to corporate, I would tailor every candidate's resume to the particular role I was submitting them for. It's second nature for me at this point.
