Introduction: Are you frustrated and struggling with Organic Chemistry or Physics? Well Orgo/Physics Made Easy is here to help! I am a full-time Organic Chem tutor and YouTube educator. My partner Brandon is a former Physics PhD candidate at BU and now tutors Physics. We both offer private tutoring in person in Boston or through Zoom if you live farther away. I have over 10 years of tutoring/teaching experience and have worked with students from over 30+ universities and 5+ countries. I was also both a physics learning assistant and physiology undergraduate assistant at Boston University. My tutoring style is very active and engaging as described by many of my students, and I make sure that its not just another lecture for them but rather a stimulating session that involves plenty of dialogue and critical thinking. Having gone through the standard premed track in college, I experienced firsthand how grueling and tough it is. At first, I struggled so much with courses, like General Chemistry, Biology, Organic Chemistry, and Physics, but then, when I began tutoring the subjects, I began seeing the big picture, and it was as if the missing piece of a puzzle just clicked into place for me, and it all made sense. Ever since, its been my passion to pass on all that I know to students and help them learn the material in a fraction of the time it took me. Ultimately, I would like to help students everywhere find the hidden potential in them that they are not always aware that they have.

I'm a pre-med student, going back to college to do all the science classes that scared me the first time around. Chem 1 and 2 were challenging for me, and I was horrified by what everybody said about Organic Chemistry. The first few weeks of class I STRUGGLED. I went to my professor's office hours, did tons of practice problems, and spent so much time looking on YouTube. Frank Wong's videos were super helpful, and broke things down in bite size chunks that I could actually understand. So when he mentioned that he offered tutoring, I jumped at the chance to try it out. The investment was worth it. I was sitting on a nice C- at the start of the semester, and ended up with a B as my final grade! I know in great part I owe that success to the help that Frank and Jason provided me. Getting individualized help was crucial for me, especially since I have a background in the liberal arts and have struggled with certain science subjects in high school. Frank and Jason were both patient, understanding, and flexible. They would ask me to send them my syllabus and practice problems before the lesson started so we were able to maximize the efficiency of the time we spent on the tutoring session. I had never done online tutoring before, but it worked out great and fit in with my schedule much better. They used an online platform called Zoom which really helped with drawing the problems out like you would do in person on a whiteboard. They helped me with practice problems and homework, and they frequently drilled me to make sure that I fully understood the concepts before we moved on. They both explained things in a way that was more relaxed and easy going than what my professor could do. She was a great teacher, but she was always busy and only had a few minutes here or there. The pace in class was way too fast, but I didn't have to panic because I knew that my lessons with Frank and Jason would help me catch up. Honestly, paying college tuition is a big investment, so I saw tutoring as a way to PROTECT that investment. I can't thank Jason and Frank enough! Organic Chemistry was never easy for me, but they helped make it much easier than it would have been otherwise!

Frank was awesome! Safiya was the one that tutored me and she was great too. Very communicative. Easy to understand. Willing to help and very flexible with meeting and helping me out with my crazy schedule. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

It had been quite some time since I had been in school, I was also juggling a full-time, and trying to balance life in general. Starting back to school is daunting enough, never mind taking Orgo! I knew that I needed to find the right tutor. I was hesitant at first to try online tutoring as I tend to like the in-person atmosphere better. Frank addressed all of my questions and concerns promptly. I decided to move forward and work with Safiya at Orgo Made Easy. I really enjoyed working with Safiya. She is a really effective and organized teacher who explains the difficult concepts in a way that I could understand them. I had never used Skye before, or the shared online whiteboard. They were both easy to use, even for a technically-challenged dinosaur like myself! And after a long day at work and commute home, it was refreshing to just head upstairs to my laptop for our sessions, instead of having to head back out in my car again to meet up in person. I highly recommend Orgo Made Easy. Thank you Frank, and Thank you Safiya!

I was in Organic Chemistry 2 with Professor Weck at NYU. I could not recommend Frank enough. We started working together during the summer session which I ended up dropping. We regrouped for the fall semester and I went from a solid D in organic chemistry to an A! Not only did I pass the class but I enjoy organic chemistry now! My goal started off just wanting to pass and then it turned into wanting to learn material at a deeper level.

My experience tutoring with Frank this semester was fantastic. I had taken CH 203 with Dr Courtney this semester and Frank was able to help me break down complex concepts and understand them in simple ways. This is very useful as organic chemistry is a complex topic and quite dense. I would highly recommend tutoring with Frank if you are struggling or simply would Like to improve your overall grade. I had a great experience with Orgo prep this semester
