- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees will always be transparent and you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for. We pride ourselves on being cheaper than the competition, but we’ll always deliver quality service. If you’re not satisfied with your appointment for whatever reason, you will get a full refund. And our technician will not leave your house until the job is complete and all of your questions have been answered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you book a service with us, you’ll answer some questions about the service to make sure we bring the right equipment. If you have any questions about the service before your appointment, you’re always welcome to give us a call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are fully trained and background checked to ensure you get the best possible service for your home project.
