Ted did an incredible job designing our site and it was completed in a timely fashion. No, every project is priced based upon the services we provide and the size/duration of the engagement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Questions, discussion, research; we want to know as much as possible before defining a scope, price and timeline, and we keep asking, listening and looking constantly as the project progresses. As experienced and smart as we are, we'll never know as much about our clients' business or organization, and the audiences they reach, as they do. And we love to learn.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with undergrad studies in graphic design and architecture and graduate studies in theories and influence of popular culture. I'm constantly learning, updating and expanding my knowledge, and I teach design at the Boston University Center for Digital Imaging Arts.
