Gladys did such an amazing job at my wedding. The day before my wedding, my spouse and I were so busy hosting a small get together for our guests that traveled all the way from different countries to our wedding. We were so busy caught up with so many little things as the preparing for the next big day. Gladys was very professional and calmed me down from the craziness. She told me:" everything's going be okay." She walked me through every step and finished beautifully on the ceremony. Thank you so much Gladys!
We were so unbelievably pleased with Cathleen and her assistants. She went above and beyond, and I can't imagine trying to get through the day without her. I did the planning of the wedding myself, but since I arranged all of the decorations and timing myself, I really needed someone to keep track of everything and to make sure my vision for our wedding was realized. Cathleen was exactly what we needed. She was an invaluable part of our wedding and I highly recommend her. Everything was above and beyond, and I was able to feel relaxed all day. Throughout the day she fixed a few minor hitches and kept all of the vendors on our schedule. Then, when we walked into our reception it was exactly as I had imagined. Beautiful! Then at the end of the night she packed everything up perfectly. I honestly could not be happier. I'm already thinking about other larger parties we might have where we could hire her again.

Belle was amazing! Last minute (very very last min) about 4 days before the wedding, I decided I wanted chairs covers for all my chairs, and a nice decoration for my sweetheart table and a backdrop. Kind of alot for last minute planning, didn't thought I would have time to get all that arrange. I created an account here inquiring for someone to hire to do this. Belle contacted me immediately and made everything so much easier for me, gave me ideas and made me feel secure that everything was going to be alright (even under the stress I was going through that week). I know God placed her in my path and that it was meant to be done by her, she is a blessing! To tell you all this, before I walked into the hall for my reception I didn't have a specific idea of what to expect of everything but I knew it would be very nice, but when I walked into the room everything was BREATHTAKING! I couldn't believe how beautiful and amazing everything looked, it was like a dream! I am sooo happy Belle reached out to me and that she made the decorations for my reception stand out, everything gave complements of how beautiful everything looked! It was so worthy! I met with Jen at the Pawtucket Public Library on Wednesday June 22, 2015 and she was outstanding. Jen was very nice, listened to my needs, wants, and concerns. She made the stress of planning a wedding go away, she made me feel comfortable and like I could do this. I will be using her services for my engagement photos and as a wedding planner. I am very pleased with her so far I only had one meeting with her but so far it has been wonderful.
My husband and I hired S.Y.B Catering and Bar Services - a Division of S.Y.B Event Planning Services, for our wedding at the Waterworks Museum this past September and the entire staff, particularly Owner and our Day of Coordinator Soraya Y. Belgacem , were incredible to work with. We came to her not even a month before our date because our caterer we originally had backed out due to a death in the family. She met with us at the Waterworks, we chose her over another caterer because she was familiar with the venue, as it is not your typical lay out. She showed us her sample menu, listened to what we wanted and then gave us her opinion. She was even able to add table cloths, tables and chairs, to our order as the other caterer was handling that. Her staff, bartenders and catering team came in early, set up everything, decorated the tables. Everything looked AMAZING and we both were very happy. The food was also amazing, almost not your "typical" boring wedding foods. We wanted a social type of party, so we did lots of fun passed appetizers, chicken and waffle skewers, spinach and feta cigars, ahi tuna tar tar that they served on a spoon, mini Swedish meatballs, which came out on mini plates and mini forks (So cute!!) The food stations were also set up, very nicely. Since they specialize in Mediterranean, we did some fresh sea-foods, which were amazing and a Middle Eastern station, we never tasted Hummus like that before!! The bar service was great, amazing bartender, fun and happy. We did a custom cocktail - that was a pink and blue color, it tasted amazing. We even had champagne handed out as people walked in through the doors. Soraya handled everything to a T, we did not have to worry about anything. ALL of her staff were so professional and worked very hard! They even wrapped up some left overs for our after party! We cant thank S.Y.B Event Planning Services and Soraya enough for helping to make our wedding day so wonderful!
Brad of Skylight Entertainment is hands down the most pleasant person to work with! He's able to take control (for those of us who have no idea what they're doing while planning a wedding) but leaves all options open and let's you make the final decision with no judgements. He is a jack of ALL traits and when I mean ALL I mean ALL! If you need something, he has it or will find a way of obtaining it. He's there for you no matter when you need him and even helps with rehearsals when he has absolutely no obligation to! You really feel like you have a friend by your side, not just a DJ, or photographer or JOP. Lastly, he is so financially accommodating! You give him and price and what you're looking for, and he works with it! I wouldn't recommend anyone other than and and again, thank you so much!!
We wanted to cater an event for several of our accounts during a conference in another state. Lori helped us with the planning and catering. The event was set up well and the food was delicious!

In late 2013-early 2014 I contacted Monique about making my wedding invites for my wedding in 2014 I had an idea that I wanted and I presented it to her with the color scheme of my wedding. She then came back to me with samples and I chose one and they exceeded my expectation. She was very responsive and very professional and the amount of invitations I got for my money was a great value. I highly recommend her for any work you need done .
I would highly recommend Cathy. This was my 1st time using an event planner and she has now spoiled me. I will never plan these type of events on my own again, and will only use her! My daughter was beyond thrilled with how she put together her Sweet 16, and my daughter is extremely hard to please. She delivered on everything we discussed and more. People from the venue where we held this party were peaking their heads in to admire the work she did setting up. And one of my daughter's friend's mother said my daughter has now set the bar high for a party. Thank you, thank you , thank you Cathy!
Kelly did the day of coordination for my wedding, and all the pre-work to prepare for the day. She helped find additional staff, suggest vendors, and essentially anything I asked of her. Kelly was truly amazing and saved my wedding in so many ways! From the moment I hired Kelly, she gave me peace of mind and assurance that everything will be perfect. There is a lot of effort and coordination that goes into making a wedding, Kelly was right there with me along the way. As somebody who has orchestrated many events, she gave thoughtful suggestions to ensure my event was planned perfectly. She was always in contact, answered all my emails promptly, and calmed every worry and question I had prior to my wedding. She went over my plan and wishes in great detail to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted everything. The day of she was a wedding saver. I got everything I planned executed as requested and the event ran without any issues (at least none I was award of), Kelly did that great of a job. I spent my wedding day dancing, enjoying the wedding I dreamed of, and visiting my family and friends, while Kelly worked extremely hard to ensure everything went as planned. She did an outstanding job and my wedding day was beyond my expectations. Thank you Kelly for everything that you did and all the things I don't know about, you were truly one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning!
There is nothing like planning an event and the food is absolutely perfect. The flavors, the timing, the set-up....everything went well without a single glitch. The service was so professional. I will definitely use them again!!!
Gathered Table catered a wedding in my home of 30 adults and some kids. Mary was wonderful to work with - they accommodated a very short timeline and she was wonderful about the menu and allowing me plenty of time for modifications and changes. She was laid back and relaxed, which helped ease my anxiety. The group was half Brazilian and half American, so they also made both Brazilian and American specialties. The food was awesome! They were extremely reliable and showed up with the right number of staff members to service the crowd well. The only negative was that we asked for leftover food to be left with us since we paid for it, but my guests saw them leaving with a lot of the food they brought in. Perhaps we ate most of the food and didn't really have leftovers, however this was not communicated with me or with my sister, who was communicating directly with them when I was not able to. My only suggestion would be to clarify this upfront. Late night when there were only 10 of us left having fun, we would have loved to dig in for more food!
Carla managed all the flowers for our wedding weekend and did such an amazing job. We needed a lot of flower arrangements to be done for both the rehearsal dinner friday night and then the wedding saturday night, including the bridesmaids bouquets. Carla has a great eye for color matching and design, is easy to work with and very professional and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
My fiancee and I had one simple request to keep our wedding planning and wedding day stress free. Amanda has more than exceeded our expectations. She saved us a lot of money, providing props, design recommendations, averted so many foreseeable crises months before the wedding started. She was flexible with my family's needs, and collaborated with my in-laws in wedding preparations. She ended every call with "Let me know if you can think of anything else you need..." She missed our rehearsal dinner after our rather awful florist messed up our flowers last minute. Amanda was almost like a part of our family, honoring both my needs and my family's, finding peaceful solutions where she could. The wedding turned was like a fairytale. For someone as laidback and almost absent in my wedding planning, Amanda stepped up and turned what I thought was going to be a beautiful day into an extraordinary experience for me and my now husband!
