SGN Contractors are excellent. I needed work done right away in my kitchen and bathroom and they were very responsive, did an outstanding job, and were professional throughout the process. The workmanship was great-- exactly what I was hoping for, and they also pointed out a few things I had missed when I was planning the projects myself. Initially I wanted to give them a better review as they gave a good impression and showed eagerness to do a good job. But as time went on, sadly the project management quickly degraded. Summary of our experience: Plus: - Second tile guy did a really nice job on the second bathroom tiling. This happened only after we had already gone through the first two tile guys who did a really poor job on the first shower. - Cost is reasonable compared to other contractors. Minus: - Cleanliness after each workday. Besides continuously leaving a layer of dust all throughout the home, we came home to find contractor clothes thrown around and an empty pizza box thrown outside the main door. We agreed on daily pickup of trash but they left bags around for weeks. - Communication. Saying they would fix something and then just disappear/ghost us without any explanation or follow up. - Touch-up work. Left damaged walls unfinished and when trying to fix them, they looked unprofessionally patched up. We had to hire professional painters to come in and fix the damage as they clearly didn't know how to make it look nice.
