My family was really thrilled with the finished product of what LS Hardwood Flooring did for us. They redid the floors of one of the larger rooms in our basement and it came out better than we expected! The pricing was practical and affordable and we wish we came across this company to do our floors in the first place! They were very communicative when they came across problem spots during the sanding process and vocalized what options we had. I look forward to using their services again, when we refinish the rest of the wood floors in our house.

I had old maple floors all yellowish and dull. Tung was the only professional that had the patience to experiment with different stains applying samples mixing colors ext. For 3 days he came over after his workday to try out together with me different possibilities. My goal was to transform my old cheap looking floor. We ended up mixing two stains, and applying a water based finish. The outcome was outstanding. I got a beautiful floor that is sophisticated, modern, and unique. Everyone that enters my house comments on it. My contractor loved it so much and hired Tung and Stephen as his floor subcontractor! Tung and Stephen are very enthusiastic about their floors, many phone calls and conversations were involved after work hours and even through the weekend. I had a tight time table and they worked with me to achieve our goal in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to any home owner who wants beautiful floors especially if you are thinking of something special that is not the standard oil finish that you see everywhere. I have a brownish grayish shiny floor that you see in European magazines, the look that I wanted and worked days together with Tung and Stephen to achieve. In terms of pricing, they are on the middle range, but the out come is top range.

I hired LS floors and I am so happy I did. The floors look wonderful - very clean and detailed work. Tung helped me the entire process and made sure he knew exactly what I wanted.
