- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many different pricing, lease, loan options for our clients. Whether a residential client, non-profit or small business we have a plan to make your system affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Review the customers electric bill to design a system to reduce the customers electric cost as much as possible. 2. Meet with the customer to discuss the details of the proposal and conduct a site evaluation. 3. Upon acceptance of the proposal SunWind files all permits and informs the customer of their installation date. 4. After installing the system and filing all close-out documents the customer is briefed on the system components and operation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are NABCEP certified, Licensed Home Improvement Contractor in MA and Rhode Island. Licensed electrical contractor and Certified by several Wind and Solar manufacturers as authorized installers. Our staff is also OSHA 10 hour certified.
