We are very sorry that you are unhappy with your service. However, after speaking with the electrician, it is our understanding that the electrician brought you over to the location, explained to you that due to circumstances within the wall, that the switch and outlet would not be aligned, you approved the installation with this information, and then you were brought back over when the installation was complete and you informed the electrician that you were happy with the work. After reading this review, Beantown attempted to reach out to you to rectify the issue and you have not responded to our attempts. Please give us a call to further discuss this.
