That's Tasty catered 2 lunches at the Fuller Art Museum this past week for our administrative retreat. Each day the choices were delicious and fresh. Calzones and Sandwiches: Antipasto and Green Salad: chilled waters, sweets tray, chips and condiments...complete with a bouquet of sunflowers as a centerpiece. Wonderful luncheons! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Cooking with Claudia is our cooking lesson branch. Each lesson emphasizes knife skills, flavor profiles, and hands'-on step-by-step instructions on cooking your meal. Learn or improve on your cooking skills with me in my kitchen! Catering prices vary depending upon the type of menu and service the client wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first step is a meeting with our new clients. It's important to have that personal contact for both the client and me. We get to know one another. This gives me the opportunity to really hone in on what the client envisions for their event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always loved cooking! Friends would ask me to help them with an event they were planning. Friends and acquaintances urged me to pursue a career in the food industry. After careful consideration I followed their advice and pursued my lifelong passion.
