- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that people don't often plan to hire an attorney before the need for one arises. Therefore, we pride ourselves on being flexible with payment plans. There are never any hidden fees when you retain our services as we lay out everything you can expect to pay in writing before we accept an initial payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client's case is different. Because of this, we make ourselves available at all times to answer questions about your case. We typically sit down for the initial consultation and determine a plan of action for the case. As the case progresses, you will be kept up to date on any changes to that plan that may arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attorney James G. DeGiacomo received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2012. Prior to the opening of the Law Offices of James G. DeGiacomo, Attorney DeGiacomo was a prosecutor with the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office.
