Full Service Package $1,000 As a consultant/planner my role includes: -Mobile, Email, In-Personal Consultation - Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed - Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design - Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections - Attendance at vendor appointments of your choice - Assistance in Date Selection - Assistance in Venue Selection - Vendor Negotiations As Wedding Day Coordinator my duties include: - Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding - Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party - Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 2 weeks before wedding day - Wedding Rehearsal Supervision - On-Site Decorating - On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception - An additional event manager, on site, the day of the wedding Partial Service Package $750 Day Of Wedding Day Coordinator my duties include: - Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding - Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for bridal party - Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 2 weeks before wedding day Wedding Rehearsal Supervision - On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception - An additional event manager, on site, the day of the wedding My brides also have the capability of creating custom packages that works best for them.* Package Add-Ons: Welcome Home Basket: Make your out of town guests feel pampered by greeting them with a custom welcome basket in their hotel room. Each basket is stocked with local goodies to give your guests a taste of the area as well as a map to help them find their way around in your special city! If your wedding is local to the Boston or Providence area, we will hand deliver your baskets to 1-3 separate hotels for you for small fee. Additionally, I am happy to create the perfect custom container if you prefer a one that will coordinate specifically with your wedding style or theme. Prices may change based on your container selection and custom containers will be quoted separately. Prices vary depending on which items and how many per basket. All orders need to be place 45 days prior to your wedding date. Standard contents include: 2 bottles of water Pack of gum Mints Swedish fish (or gummy candy) M&M bag (or candy bar) Bag of chips or cookies Mini pack of Rolaids or Tums Single serving package of Tylenol or Advil 4 safety pins 1 Band-aid $33 per basket Spa Basket This next basket is perfect for either a welcome basket or a bridesmaid gift! Or you can even treat just a few special guests with these relaxation kits like the mother-of-the-bride, mother-of-the-groom, maid-of-honor, sister or soon to be sister-in-law. These baskets are customizable, but we suggest the basics to include a body lotion, body wash, hand/body cream and a matching scented candle. Baskets start at $50 each. Kids Pail Kids Pails are great for the hotel rooms, limos, trolleys or church. They are filled with snacks, juice box, coloring book and crayons. These pails are just $25/each Amenity Baskets Amenity Baskets are a thoughtful addition to both the Men's and Woman's restrooms on the day of your wedding. Baskets contain both the emergency and convenient extra items that many guests often forget to pack or bring to your special event. $35 each. While it is common to use my preferred vendors all of my brides have the option to have your fine details created by yours truly for an additional fee: Invitations Save the dates Silk Flowers/Centerpieces/Bouquets Custom Posters Add a unique touch to your wedding favors and wedding gifts by personalizing them with your names and wedding date, your wedding theme, your favorite colors, or initials. Personalizing your wedding favors makes each gift even more special to your guests and creates a feeling of a more intimate affair. We offer custom labels and tags for all sorts of gifts as well as, favor boxes, favor bags, koozies, cocktail napkins candy bars, deck of cards, mints, gum, sticks, wine bottle topper, and cake pops.
