- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please contact us for all details. We will customize all meal(s) to what you are looking for and provide proper pricing for your event. Every meal and event is different, so we would like to work with you to provide everything you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an active alum of The Culinary Institute of America. I participate in their on-campus activities from time to time and have taken C.E. courses to brush up on some specific cuisines (ex; Mediterranean, etc.)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I needed to pay rent in my first apartment. My roommates worked at The Norwich Inn & Spa as dishwasher/prep cooks...there was a spot open... The rest is history and like I said before....you'll have to wait for the book!
