Introduction: My name is Ben Farber, and I help people and relationships become the best version of themselves. I believe human beings are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, and as your coach, my job will be to help you access your own inner wisdom and find your own path forward. My approach to working with both individuals and relationships can be summarized by the 4 A's: 1) ALLIANCE Our coaching relationship will be a partnership between you and me that is fully dedicated to you. One of the first questions I will ask during our first session is "What do you need in order for this relationship to be safe and powerful for you?" The agreements we make during this discussion will help create a strong foundation for our alliance. 2) AWARENESS Once our alliance is established, you will begin to gain awareness of what you truly want, what's holding you back, and what you need to do in order to move forward. I will use powerful questions, reflective observation, embodied presence, and a variety of other coaching techniques to help you along the way. 3) ACTION Only you can take the action necessary to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. With your newfound awareness in mind, we'll brainstorm possible actions together, and you will commit to the ones that you believe have the most impact. 4) ACCOUNTABILITY Commitments can end up being worthless without accountability for follow-through. We will use a powerful online coaching platform to track your commitments, measure progress, capture key learnings, and stay connected between our sessions. If you don't follow through on something you say you're going to do, I will not sweep it under the rug, nor will I criticize you. Instead, I will get curious about what got in the way, and we will collaborate to figure out the best path forward. My style is warm, thought-provoking, and fun, and I work with adults of all ages.
