I have been working with Larry Palmacci and Datamatix for over 2 years and they have streamlined my payroll process so that my only job now is to make certain to move money into the payroll account. No more data entry, no more missed deadlines. I also have an online portal to view all current and past payroll information and immediate phone response when a call is warranted. All this at a cost that is far below the cost of handling payroll prior to using Larry Palmacci and Datamatix.

I have been in business for 38 years and used Paychex as my payroll provider for 20+ years. They changed their billing policies which was to their advantage. After a year of disputing these changes I left and hired Larry at Datamix for all my payroll needs. My only regret is I wished I had hired him long before. Any issues at all are always fixed and when I need copies of tax info in a hurry Larry always obliges. The only mistake you can make is going someplace else. AB Carnes Roofing, Boxford, Ma

Datamatrix handles all aspects of our byweekly payroll. Larry has made our payroll painless. I send him the hours and he takes care of everything: checks, reporting, tax filings, etc. Everyone and everything gets paid correctly and on time. I wish I'd found him years ago!

we have separate; pricing for weekly; bi-weekly (every other week) / semi-monthly (twice per month) or monthly; also for direct deposit v paper checks; portals for employer - employee self service; so depending on the nature and how automated and/or manual a payroll is will determine the bottom line cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I belong to a local BNI Group that I'm always interfacing with CPA's, Bookkeepers keeping abreast of new and upcoming business trends!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm passionate about helping people be successful in business
