- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our customers will receive a proposal for their job that is good for one year from the date of the inspection! We also have a fair pricing policy in place so you get the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team goes out and inspects the space, giving our potential customer a customized price that is good for ONE year. If our potential customer wants to continue, we schedule a one day installation!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The leader of our installation team has 40 years experience working in the home improvement industry. Our team is certified to install and we are all factory trained. We also have our team undergo a background check to make sure that our customers have quality people in their home!
