- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with a new customer in person, listen to their description of the behavior problems, and then create a plan to address the problems.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I volunteered at the animal shelter in New York City for 6 months and was hooked. Then I opened my own rescue organization, followed by my interest in strengthening my background in dog behavior.
