- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to learn more about my services. My typical process is as follows: 1. PROJECT INITIATION: - Designer receives an email request and looks at the scope of the work. - Client fills out the Questions + Creative Brief form. 2. PROJECT AGREEMENT: - Designer sends Timeline, Budget Agreement, and Terms + Conditions. - Client receives and approves all the paperwork. 3. DRAFT 1: - Designer sends design layouts/sketches for direction approval. - Client comments and approves the design direction. 4. DRAFT 2: - Designer works on the chosen design direction and sends back to Client. - Client gives feedback, extra content, and copy text. 5. DRAFT 3: - Designer adjusts and fine-tunes the design based on client’s feedback. - Client gives more feedback and approves the final design. 6. FINAL DELIVERABLES: - Designer presents professional and high-quality deliverables in an organized and timely manner. - Client receives all files as requested and closes the project. However, Client may follow up with extra adjustments and present more opportunities to Designer. 7. EXTRA ITERATIONS: - Designer updates content and design(s) upon requests. - Client receives the final deliverables and closes the project. *Please note that all communications can be done on the phone or through email. If you need printing or merchandise service, I can suggest some vendors that I have used myself. All measurements and quality request files will be prepared by me.
