Amanda Laden is one of the most experienced and insightful business consultants I have come across in my years of working. Recently, our medium-sized firm was going through some transitions, as our organization was shifting to include new partners, promote mid-level managers, and hire new employees. In our hiring process, and for the first time in our firm, millennials were coming on board. Amanda helped us to bridge the generational gap between the new and more seasoned employees and open new lines of communication to make the transition as smooth as possible. Amanda coached the top and mid-level managers as to how to effectively manage their new millennial teams, and keep overall engagement high. Amanda understood exactly the problems we were facing and knew that without tactful and sensitive undertaking, our firm would have hit hard growing pains that could have set us back. We highly recommend Amanda for consulting on all aspects of company culture, generational issues and millennial engagement.Sep 14, 2015
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I treat every project as unique depending upon the scope of the project, the services rendered, the length of the project, and how much I need to be on-site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? In working with a new customer, I first like to assess their needs. I will interview the relevant parties within the organization to ensure we have an understanding of the goals, deliverables, and proposed outcomes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Masters in Business Administration, a pre-law degree, and a Certificate in Strategic Intervention Coach Training. I am also DISC certified, and am well-versed in a variety of other assessments and tools.
