We provide property management, contracting, maintenance and landscaping services that preserve and enhance the value of the real estate investments we manage. We also have a full service brokerage to ensure each property rents or sells at market value. Sorry we DO NOT do Condo Associations. However we do manage individual units for condo owners. Our philosophy is to allow our clients to bundle services within our infrastructure to drive down the cost of their real estate needs while increasing the values of their investments

Kyle and the team at BCM have served as the property manager for my investment property for the past 6 months and I have been very pleased with the service. Within two weeks of engaging Kyle he helped increase rents to market value and had all units fully rented after resolving various appliance/lighting/lock related issues. He is always timely, responsive and professional regarding requests and inquiries from both myself and my tenants.

Kyle has been managing properties for my family for approximately 9 years. He has done an excellent job for us. Urgent repairs and maintenance are taken care of immediately. He also responds immediately to any questions or requests that we may have. Kyle has great judgement on what needs to be done and when/if he needs our input. He has great knowledge of real estate market environment and does due diligence by requesting for multiple quotes for repair/maintenance work. I highly recommend him as a property manager.
