- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Make sure you ask about our Low annual Monitoring Cost. Monitoring Starts at $15.00 per month and we supply each customer with a Certificate of Installation to give to their Home owners insurance Company to request their discount of up to 20% annually.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get to know exactly what the customer is looking for and then we typically go take a look to make sure the customer and technician have a good understanding of each others expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Installers attend annual training to keep up with the ever changing technology. Installers hold department of Public Safety clearance and there is always a Mass Licensed tech on your Job to ensure you Installation is completed properly. Startec keeps up with all Fire safety codes and follows all Low Voltage requirements.
