I paid for National EMS's online training. All National EMS provides is access to online materials. There is no training, teaching, labs, or simulations, contrary to their advertising. The course is a waste of money and time.

He was really good and really professional and made the class really fun.
He didn't have the DVD of the video that he needed to show us. He then tried to stream it in from his office, but for whatever reason, there was no sound, so he ended up doing the entire training completely on his own without the video.
After the class, my staff said that they felt equipped to handle any First Aid situation that might arise during the Program.
I would give him 4.5 stars for not making sure that he had the DVD with him before setting out, but otherwise, excellent class.
