- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices usually fluctuate with the type of job Im doing. Some are by square others are hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My process with new customers is setting up a meeting to do an onsite estimate. Once on site I go over any options available for the job and take the needed measurements. If possible I can give estimates at that time or if pricing out items is needed a few days later. I like to talk with the customer about their likes and styles to get a better idea of their needs. Then an estimate is emailed out as soon as Possible. A follow up phone &/or call is given to see if there are any questions about the estimate or new options added to project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked in the construction trade for over 10 years. I have done everything from mold remediation, roofing, sidewall, framing, and everything in between. I attend trade conferences every year to keep me updated with new materials/products customers may want. I also attend local independent business forums to get an idea of what people are looking for in contractors as this may change with time.
