- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the property type, number of units and services needed at the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak by phone or email. Prepare a detailed information packet with property specific information. Meet in person preferably at the property to review the information packet and conduct a walk thru of the property. Sign the management agreement. Receive the keys. Services begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Accounting/Business Administration. I'm an Accredited Residential Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management. Hold a Massachusetts Real Estate License license. Hold an RRP certificate for lead paint in pre 1978 properties.
