- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a customer requests organic, or gluten-free items, there may be an additional cost, since unfortunately, healthy eating costs more! I try to keep up with suppliers that offer me the lowest prices on the items I need.

Constantly educating myself with the latest information available in books and on the internet.

Passion for baking and cooking, and sharing good food and health information with others.
