I stumbled upon Boston Event Diva's while planning my wedding and I can honestly say that hiring Jen was the best and easiest decision I made throughout the planning process. She was so easy to work with, incredibly accommodating and made all of my visions & dreams come to life. While I only used her as my florist, I urge anyone needing a wedding day coordinator to hire Jen as well. The amount of time and effort that she put into the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and all the ceremony & reception arrangements leads me to believe that she puts her entire heart into her work... and you in return will have the most beautiful wedding from start to finish. I can not say enough great things about Boston Event Diva's. Plus, one week after my wedding I still have a beautiful and healthy hydrangea centerpiece sitting on the island in my kitchen still looking as beautiful as they did on the day of my wedding!
Belle was amazing! As an event planner, I had turned to Belle to help me bring my client's vision to a reality and she came through 100%! She listened to my needs and offered her expertise and together came up with a great design. She came early the day of the event and set up with her team and then took down afterwards....I felt spoiled as she handled everything. Will defiantly work with her again!! I don't have much experience in party planning and John was very helpful. It was a last-minute request and he was accommodating and delivered an excellent product right on time (a little early, actually).
Heidi was fantastic! I picked three entrees to taste prior to my event, planning on picking two of them to serve to my guests. All three were so good, I ended up ordering them all! I also ordered some appetizers that were delicious! Heidi was extremely helpful in helping me to plan the entire menu, have the food ready at a convenient time for me, loan me serving dishes, and give detailed warming instructions. I will certainly be using her again!
We are extremely satisfied with our experience of using Bouncing House Rental party services for our daughter's birthday party. Gigi (family-run business) was very helpful throughout the process - ordering, delivering supplies, hosting workshop for the kids, etc. Great value, responsiveness, planning. I would highly recommend their services if you're considering planning a party.

I would highly recommend Cathy. This was my 1st time using an event planner and she has now spoiled me. I will never plan these type of events on my own again, and will only use her! My daughter was beyond thrilled with how she put together her Sweet 16, and my daughter is extremely hard to please. She delivered on everything we discussed and more. People from the venue where we held this party were peaking their heads in to admire the work she did setting up. Cyn is a true professional. From the beginning to the end she individualized our planning for our 1st wedding anniversary party, and worked within the budget we provided her with. Cyn is very detail oriented, and provided ongoing communication throughout the planning process. Our guests were so impressed with the final product, and most importantly, we were stress free the day of our event! Kelly did the day of coordination for my wedding, and all the pre-work to prepare for the day. She helped find additional staff, suggest vendors, and essentially anything I asked of her. Kelly was truly amazing and saved my wedding in so many ways! From the moment I hired Kelly, she gave me peace of mind and assurance that everything will be perfect. There is a lot of effort and coordination that goes into making a wedding, Kelly was right there with me along the way. As somebody who has orchestrated many events, she gave thoughtful suggestions to ensure my event was planned perfectly. She was always in contact, answered all my emails promptly, and calmed every worry and question I had prior to my wedding. She went over my plan and wishes in great detail to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted everything. The day of she was a wedding saver. I got everything I planned executed as requested and the event ran without any issues (at least none I was award of), Kelly did that great of a job. I spent my wedding day dancing, enjoying the wedding I dreamed of, and visiting my family and friends, while Kelly worked extremely hard to ensure everything went as planned. She did an outstanding job and my wedding day was beyond my expectations. Thank you Kelly for everything that you did and all the things I don't know about, you were truly one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning!
Everyone needs the Professional Maid of Honor at their wedding or event! Katelynn took initiative in so many ways before and on the day of my wedding. Leading up to the event, Katelynn was a great listener. She heard and understood what I envisioned for the day when other people didn't, she helped me think thorough back up plans in case of rain, and when the day came she coordinated everything seamlessly. It's true what everyone says, your wedding day flys by! Having Katelynn there allowed my husband and I to spend more time chatting with our guests. While we were enjoying ourselves, Katelynn made sure the day flowed as planned. She started the transition from cocktail hour to dinner, made sure our speakers were ready to give their toasts, transitioned us into the dance hall after dinner, and so much more. I could go on forever about all the helpful things Katelynn did on our wedding day. What I loved most about working with her was her fun and positive attitude. She took on every change or task without hesitation. Any stress or worry we had about the wedding day running smoothly disappeared once we found and talked with Katelynn. I would recommend The Professional Maid of Honor to anyone and everyone! You will not be disappointed when you hire Katelynn. I received a lot more food than I thought. It was perfect, because I didn't know how many people were going to show up to this event. I was very happy with the surprise fruit salad. I heard a lot of compliments from guests on your potato salad, one quote was "Your potato salad is the *edited* BOMB!" Then I got "Hot damn this chicken falls off the bone, that's when you know it's good!" No, Michelle, I didn't take credit. :) I did tell loads of people who had catered the event. :) Thank you...very much.

Jessica planned the perfect and more importantly, organized weekend for my Bachelorette party in Nashville. She was patient with my demands and desires for how I envisioned the weekend going and planned all of the events, meals and activities around the things I wanted to do. She would give me restaurant options and I would go back and forth with her about which I preferred and the same thing for where to get drinks and which bars we wanted to go to. She knew which live music and rooftop bars had the best environment and was able to suggest what she thought we would like. When trying to plan a trip for 20 girls it can be really difficult to find a price balance and obtain reservations, however, Jessica was able to make it work flawlessly. She was honest and cautious about how much certain things would cost and organized a payment method that worked for all of the 20 girls attending. This took such a HUGE weight off of everyones shoulders, especially mine! Before landing in Nashville, each girl knew how much each meal would cost and each activity so that they were able to plan accordingly and there would be absolutely NO surprises. There was a spreadsheet and everything. She also found the perfect Airbnb for our group and made sure the place was decorated with pictures and other bachelorette decor. It was in the best location of town. Planning a weekend with a lot of friends can be really difficult and sometimes awkward (money is a tough conversation) and Jessica was able to navigate this aspect for me perfectly. I can not recommend enough having Jessica help plan your Bachelorette party! All of my girl friends who were there said it was the most organized and fun weekend they had ever been on. They all wanted to make sure Jessica could now help them plan theirs! She is direct, patient, organized and was able to make it one of the best weekends of my life! I could NEVER have done this weekend without her help!!
