Henry was absolutely amazing. Called me to help me try and self diagnose the issue, and then made the same-day trip when that didn't work. Quickly identified what was wrong with our boiler, explained everything thoroughly, made the fix, put everything back together, and waited patiently while continuing to problem solve until the whole system came back on. My family has heat and hot water in the same day because of him and not only will I only ever call him again for any HVAC needs, I made a note in my calendar to call them for regular servicing next fall. Hands down the best HVAC person I have ever worked with!
