- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process would be first to reach out to the homeowner and see if they would be interested in setting up a meeting to meet in person and go over the project at hand. Really trying to get a feel as to what they are looking for overall and getting an estimate written and see if they agree upon hiring me. We can they work on a date and times scheduled to start the project and get the materials order that are needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a carpenter at a young age and was taught by some of the best, being my family members, and I was taught to always be very meticulous with work and not to rush things and make sure they get done right.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a family of carpenters so I took interest and started at an early age and fell in love with it.
