I had a family get together in May and with eight brothers and sisters, a lot of nieces and nephews are included. We ended up with thirty two people. I started planning this party in January and Tony could not have been more helpful, attentive and accommodating. With so many taste pallets, Tony took the time to come up with several dishes that would keep everyone happy. What surprised me the most was that Tony himself showed up, with an entourage of staff, and saw to it that everything went perfect. Not only did he see to the smallest of details, he was open to questions and conversations from everyone and it almost seemed like he was part of the family. If you were lucky enough to have dined at either of Tony's restaurants in the past, or have been to a party when he is catering, you know that the food is top notch; innovative and delicious. I anticipated an issue of some sort. Whether it was the food, price, schedule or personnel but no issues ever came our way. I have been to many catered affairs and NONE can compare to Tony and Ambrosia Events and Catering. Keep up the great work!!!

I have been meaning to write a review for more than a year and finally getting to do it. In June 2014, we hired Ambrosia Events & Catering for our daughter's high school graduation party. Chef Ambrose and his team are incredible - beginning with the party planning and ending with amazing food and execution. Our party was small-scale in comparison the events typically handled by his company but we were treated with same sense of priority and importance. The attention to detail, the service, the vision of how best to set up the party in our backyard and more. It truly was a special day and I highly recommend them! My daughter wanted something elegant and understated and they delivered on every criteria. Thank you so much - and I apologize it took more than a year to submit this review.

There aren't enough stars in the land of internet rating to give to Tony and his team at Ambrosia Events & Catering.
I hired Tony to cater a client's wedding. From the very start, Tony listened to the client's needs, worked with me to create a proposal that not only impressed the clients but also excited (yes, excited) about their wedding menu.
Being an event planner with clients who were very much making last minute decisions, and a venue with peculiar and strict rules, I cannot express how much I appreciated Tony's quick response and excellent communication, as well as his professional experience and advice. Tony never seemed overwhelmed or frustrated, and he always had a reasonable solution.
Tony paid attention to every detail that we had planned into the wedding and styled his presentation to complement the linen selections and overall feel of the wedding.
My only wish is that I could get all my clients to hire Ambrosia Events & Catering.
