Introduction: Cat and dog visits and overnights within 20 miles of Danvers, Massachusetts. I particularly enjoy pet care on the north shore, Danvers, Peabody, Beverly, Salem. Cat visits are $25 per hour long visit. Cat and dog overnights at $60 per night. Dog/Cat CPR & First Aid certified. Double vaxed and triple boosted. Flu vaccinated. CPR and first aid certified for people as well as cats and dogs. I am respite care certified as I am also a home health aide. I provide loads of tlc, can administer meds, love play time, clean fresh water and food every visit, will water plants, collect mail and packages, and will take trash/recycle to curbside and back, and most of all, I believe in spending ample time with all my pets. Picture texts are sent during every visit. I grew up with pets...dogs, cats, birds, gerbils, turtles, and fish. I bring love to all the pets I have the pleasure of spending time with. Pets are, have been, and will always be a big part of my life.

Stephanie provided excellent care to our young and quite rambunctious kitty trio. We knew we were leaving our fur babies in great hands from the moment we met Stephanie. I couldn't be more satisfied with Stephanie as a dog walker. She responded to my last minute request. Spent more time than was expected for walk and play time and sent me pictures every day. She has an affinity for animals and people! I highly recommend her for pet walking/sitting.

Stephanie did a great job with my 2 cats. One is 5 months old and the other is nearly 16 so they have very specific and specialized needs. Including the older one requiring some at-home medical treatment. Stephanie came over twice to learn their routine and then sent pictures all week while I was away. She’s also just a very kind and patient person. Definitely someone you can trust your pets with!

Stephanie provided excellent care to our shy older kitty for over a week. She sent daily updates with pictures and addressed our particular concerns with eating and litter box problems our kitty has had when stressed in the past. Although our kitty hid much of the time, Stephanie worked creatively to interact with our shy cat and get pictures of him. From our first interaction with Stephanie she was warm and professional with a rapid response time to our initial inquiry and all interactions thereafter. She even watered our plants and was careful to open & close windows ahead of time when heavy rain was predicted. We highly recommend Stephanie’s Sitting and will happily hire her again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25 per 60 minute visit. This includes feeding, cleaning dishes for fresh water and food, play time, grooming, pet cleanup, and any necessary household chores...plant watering, mail collection, trash/recycle to curbside, and a daily picture text of your beloved pet(s).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Thumbtack message followed by a text exchange. We have a face to face meeting to discuss particulars such as timing, expectations, all the pertinent emergency numbers, i.e. veterinarian. I believe in building a relationship of trust and mutual respect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 1981 Danvers High School graduate and a member of The National Honor Society. In 1985 I graduated from UMass Lowell with a degree in Business Administration. I have a current CPR card and have helped several animals, including my own, when they were choking. My experience is practical, hands on.
