I couldn't be more satisfied with Stephanie as a dog walker. She responded to my last minute request. Spent more time than was expected for walk and play time and sent me pictures every day. She has an affinity for animals and people! I highly recommend her for pet walking/sitting.Aug 27, 2017VerifiedStephanie's Sitting-Northshore of Boston's reply
Kind thanks, Pat! I look forward to caring for her in October. Best, Stephanie
Thank you for taking care of our Mookie when we were away. You are truly a “cat whisperer” as Mookie usually hides when anyone comes to the house - but not with you! He came to you right away looking to be petted (we never would have believed it if we didn’t see it with our own eyes). That’s when we knew that you were the right person to take care of our little guy. The daily picture updates were great. We would look forward to them and stop what we were doing to look at them and read Stephanie’s update. Stephanie is a true professional and loves what she does. We are so thankful to have found her😊Nov 24, 2019Verified
Stephanie sat for my 3 cats for two different weekends. She did a great job. She met with me before hand to go over details. And she went above and beyond to be patient with one of our cats who was extra shy about strangers to make sure that she ate. I absolutely recommend Stephanie to others looking for a pet sitter.Oct 29, 2019Verified
We went away for a week long vacation to Europe and Stephanie did a fantastic job taking care of our cat, Puffin. Highly recommended, we will not hesitate to contact her for pet care again!Aug 2, 2019VerifiedStephanie's Sitting-Northshore of Boston's reply

Thank you kindly, Sandy. Chico and Aja were a pleasure to care for. Contact me anytime you need cat care in the future.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$25 per 60 minute visit. This includes feeding, cleaning dishes for fresh water and food, play time, grooming, pet cleanup, and any necessary household chores...plant watering, mail collection, trash/recycle to curbside, and a daily picture text of your beloved pet(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A Thumbtack message followed by a text exchange. We have a face to face meeting to discuss particulars such as timing, expectations, all the pertinent emergency numbers, i.e. veterinarian. I believe in building a relationship of trust and mutual respect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a 1981 Danvers High School graduate and a member of The National Honor Society. In 1985 I graduated from UMass Lowell with a degree in Business Administration. I have a current CPR card and have helped several animals, including my own, when they were choking. My experience is practical, hands on. My kitty goes to Danvers Animal Hospital and I learn by listening to the veterinarian.
