FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing may be a little higher than what other smaller companies may charge, but you will get more than just a DJ. Pricing includes access to an online planning site, meetings to go over the details of your event, professional DJ equipment with back-up, working with your vendors so we are all on the same page, edit songs as required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I meet with the customer to go over the details of their event, then I send them a contract with access to the online planning site. For weddings, we meet on month before the wedding to go over the details (introductions, songs, etc) of the wedding and then a week before the wedding I contact the vendors to make sure they know what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience, started working with a large DJ company in the north shore and then moved to a smaller company in the south shore. There I learned what it meant to be a DJ and a professional.
