Lino Flooring installed two carpets in my house - one room and a set of stairs. They did an excellent job with the installation and they were prompt, courteous and left the spaces clean and perfect looking. Will definitely be using them again!

We hired Jose and his crew to replace kitchen floor tiles and we had a 5-star experience from start to finish. Jose came to our house to estimate the amount of work needed and associated cost. He took the time to explain in detail our different options. You can tell he is very knowledgeable, passionate about what he does and very easy to talk to! When Jose came back with his crew, he made sure everything was properly protected before starting the job. Jose regularly kept me updated of the progress of the job (pictures included) and was very responsive throughout the project. It took about a week to complete the job and the result was great. You can see the detailed and high quality work that was put into to this job. I highly recommend Lino’s flooring corp and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We needed flooring installed quickly and Lino’s responded right away. The price quoted was very reasonable, the workmen worked very hard, and we had our new floor within days! Jose is very personable and we would use Lino’s again. The new flooring looks great & we’ve received compliments on it!

I cannot praise Lino”s flooring enough. Not only does my new floor look amazing, Lino made the process easy and believe it or not enjoyable. Lino's Flooring replaced ~7,500sqft of carpet tiles in one of our engineering suites. Lino's Flooring was competitively priced. Jose was our sales rep, who was great at understanding and working with all of our scheduling and space constraints without a single complaint. Updates, questions, and concerns were all sent to our project coordinator (myself) in a timely manner that allowed us to make sure Lino's had what they needed to complete the project in the easiest and most efficient manner possible. The project was completed on time, with zero issues! Thank you for your service!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for good work quality , fair rate for each type of work always calculating excellent work quality and satisfaction . I wouldn’t charge less just to take the job and then do a messy work ( I rather let someone else do it ).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my customers before any work is done to see the full scope of the job and to give a price estimate. Certain projects will require deposits and contracts. I also accept Video submissions through WhatsApp for expedited quotes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had to leave school. Thank to god. I started getting very busy. I am currently finishing very slowly because I am busy working in what i love
